ok, if you have watched me at all you likely know that i am not a big fan of "sex and the city" type things (snobby rich chicks complaining all the time in other words). so shockingly i recently saw the movie.... with andrea of course, yeah she made me... ok i went willingly (hey samantha gets naked in it). ok maybe it is sad that i know their names.. but ever since that one episode of family guy where lois was torturing chris because he couldn't remember their names i have felt that i should know their names.
ahem anyways i watched the movie, it was about halfway done when the projector stopped and we sat and waited until the film resumed and we missed a whole chunk of the movie what was in that chunk i do not know and likely will never know... until it comes out on dvd and i will be forced to watch it again.. ok maybe it will be willing again... (let's hope for an unrated version.. oh yeah)
but i noticed something kinda odd, (or maybe andrea noticed it first i'm not sure) in almost every scene you can see the mic hovering above the actor's heads, and not just sneaking in, at times you can see the entire boom. i mean what's up with that? guess they spent too much on fancy clothes (most of which looked hideous like that horrible blue bird thing on her head at the wedding.. sheesh and no i didn't spoil anything for those who haven't seen it, so chill.
still rather silly for such bad cinematography to be in such a big budget movie.

oh well, i'll stick with my Rambo and 3:10 to yuma. guess fans of the show wouldn't mind it though.

in other news it seems that geckos lay eggs regularly kinda like chickens, hermit crabs like to hide until you are convinced that they have escaped, and turtles just kinda float around but will try to take your finger off if you give them a chance.

(oh btw enchanted is another amusing movie, cheesy for sure, but put up with the extra cheesy beginning for the goodness that follows)
